By accessing or using UtiliStudio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

Users are responsible for how they use the tools and for ensuring that their use is lawful and appropriate.

Tool output

Tools are provided for convenience. Users should review and verify results before relying on them for important decisions or production use. UtiliStudio does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of tool output.

Acceptable use

Users must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity, including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

Optional Browser Extension & Network Requests

UtiliStudio provides an optional browser extension (utilistudio-extension.zip) that allows desktop browsers to execute HTTP requests to local, VPN, or internal endpoints from the REST Client tool without browser CORS restrictions. Installation and use of the browser extension is optional and at your discretion. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have authorization to access and send requests to any target server, API, or internal network endpoint.

Availability

UtiliStudio is provided on an evolving basis. Features, tools, and availability may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual property

UtiliStudio and its original branding, interface, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Users retain their rights to content they provide to UtiliStudio. If a tool uses a third-party service, that service may have its own terms and policies.

UtiliStudio does not claim rights over content you enter into tools.

Third-party services

Some functionality may depend on or interact with third-party services. Those services may have their own terms, policies, and requirements.

Advertising and monetization

The service may display advertising or other promotional content to support its continued operation. The appearance of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement by UtiliStudio. Third-party advertising providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
